At SEOULVEIL, we believe in the science behind our Korean Time-Reverse formula. We don’t want you to just "buy" a cream; we want you to see a transformation. That’s why we offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

1. If the product is UNOPENED:

If you change your mind, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to return any unopened, sealed products in their original packaging for a full refund (minus shipping costs).

2. If the product is OPENED (Our Results Guarantee):

Skincare takes time. You won't see "Time-Reverse" results in 24 hours. To be fair to the formula, we ask that you use SEOULVEIL as directed for at least 30 days.

If after 30 days of consistent use you are not satisfied with your results, you can request a refund within 60 days of your purchase.

To prevent "Refund Fraud" and stay fair to our brand, we require the following for a refund on opened products:

  1. A photo of the product: To show how much is remaining.
  2. A brief explanation: Tell us why it didn't work for you (this helps our lab improve the formula!).
  3. Before/After Photos (Recommended): While not always mandatory, providing time-stamped photos of your 30-day journey helps us process your claim significantly faster.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your jar arrives cracked or the pump is malfunctioning, we will send a free replacement immediately. Please email our support team at [Your Support Email] with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Shipping Delays (In-Transit)

Once an order has shipped, delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak seasons.

  • If tracking shows your order is still in transit, we can’t issue a refund yet.
  • If your package hasn’t moved for 10+ business days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier and offer a solution.

5. Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete/incorrect or the carrier couldn’t deliver:

  • We can reship it (customer may need to cover the reshipping cost), or
  • We can issue a refund minus shipping costs (if applicable).

6. Cancellations & Order Changes

We process orders quickly to get them out fast.

  • If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

7. How to Start a Return

8. Refund Processing

Once your return is received or your guarantee claim is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
